We are not able to offer Overseas Shipping.

Due to high volumes couriers are taking longer to deliver your orders.

 

PLEASE NOTE: In some areas of the country, delivery times may be longer than advertised due to the impact on our couriers by Royal Mail /Parcel Force strike action.


We regret any inconvenience caused should parcels be delayed, however unfortunately the situation is outside of our control.

 UK ROYAL MAIL Deliveries - Normal within 3 days from despatch.

Nominated carrier for Sheila Maids is Parcelforce, for small items we work with Royal Mail.

 

Sheila Maid 10m standard Replacement Ropes  FREE DELIVERY UK Mainland only

Small Package – Free – (UK mainland only) This can be for up to 4 items. Generally, small packages are dispatched by Royal Mail. We sometimes opt to send small packages via courier depending on the weight & dimensions of your ordered items.

Large Package  – £7.95 – (UK mainland only) (Excl Highlands and Islands)

It is always our aim to dispatch within 2 working days. During busier periods this may take a little longer.

Large and Extra Large  packages are sent by courier and once despatched we deliver within 48 hours ( 2 working days) of dispatch, (UK mainland). 

Any times quoted for delivery are approximate and The Sheila Maid Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods howsoever caused.

 Packages sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. During the online ordering process it is possible to state preferred delivery instructions – e.g. ‘please leave in shed if not in’. If you choose to leave a delivery instruction, goods are left at your own risk, as we can not take any responsibility for left items.

Northern Ireland - charge of £29.00

HS, KW & ZE Postcodes - charge of £27.00

European and International Deliveries- SUSPENDED

Delivery charges for European and International Deliveries will be calculated at the check out.

From 1st January 2021 United Kingdom will no longer be part of the EU.

PLEASE NOTE: The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any necessary VAT, import and custom duties upon arrival in that country, should they incur.

Need to Return Goods?

In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Where shortage or damage occurs the courier’s delivery note must be endorsed accordingly. Please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days.

If you wish to return/exchange your goods, then please do the following:

Email us at sales@sheilamaid.com with the notification that you have filed your order for a return so that we know it is coming and can deal with it as swiftly as possible. In your email please state your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange.

Complete the returns form enclosed with your order making sure to provide the reason for returning the item. Please note that we only accept the return of item/s that are sent back in their original unused condition.

In all cases, please state your name, postcode, invoice/order number and email address or telephone number.

Please note that any goods that are returned to us within the stipulated timescale that are not being returned for the reasons stated above,(e.g are unsuitable) must then be returned in the same condition received in, and at the purchaser’s own cost before any refund is issued.

Please ensure that there will be someone present to sign for the goods at the given delivery address. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days. If all 3 attempts have failed and the parcel remains uncollected it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to invoice you for the returns postage cost and the cost to redeliver your order.
